Custard pie
- 9 inch pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2-2/3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients together and pour I to pie crust. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to one hour. Custard is done when a knife inserted comes out clean.
